What do you mena by enciclopedia?
Translating LN ( moreover, such LN as Horizon) is not an easy job. In the first place, i think it would be nice to have a good english wikipedia/wikia page on Horizon. Just like the japanese page. It has much more details than english one.
I also think that it is better to start translating 3 volume cause we have (may be shortened, but still) anime version of the 1 and 2.
