Baka-updates categories -- or any categories on the aggregator websites and, well, most of the internet -- are
always fan interpretation based on what you, too, gets to read (well in untranslated manga the ones listing read it in their original Japanese). They mean nothing.
But given what we've seen so far: three girls interested in a boy (+ maybe the big sword girl may come and join later), yes, it looks a bit like a harem.
