And why does that have to do with this thread?

Anyway, I have something on my mind when I think of the canon characters and my guys in combat.

It's Ichika's Barrier Void Attack against the Silverback's energy shield. For Canon's sake, I'm just going to the Barrier Void Attack as it is.

Meaning that if Ichika's Barrier Void Attack were to come into contact with the Silverback's energy shield, it'll force the Silverback to activate what I'm going to call it's "Fail-Safe Armor".

Fail-Safe Armor is where the Silverback's energy shield breaks 3 times on it's activation and the Silverback will shut down but the armor will remain out to protect the user. That's the normal way to bring down a Silverback.

But with the Barrier Void Attack, the Fail-Safe Armor will activate; no matter how many times the Silverback's energy shield's been broken. And because the Silverback's energy shield's weaker than an IS's, even a slight touch from it will activate the Fail-Safe Armor.

What do you guys think?
