Hmmm... Maybe you're right, akigakuyuu. Maybe Dorothy and Relena are cooking up the same scheme that Treize and Zechs respectively executed together (playing the Well Intentioned Extremists in order to pull off a Xanatos Gambit for peace), assuming 'well it worked for the Earth Sphere, so why not try it for Mars'- and assuming that, as before, Heero will come in to save the day and unite the people of Mars?
Wouldn't put it past them (or Sumisawa). History is an endless waltz.... 8D;;
