I look forward to the megami and nyantype scans.
Spoiler for epi:
So I walk into this show with very little expectations. I didn't like the manga, and Seiji Kishi is a comedy director to me. But Brain Base are involved so I thought I'd see how it all turns out.
Interestingly, I liked it. Well, there is hardly any actual action, despite there being a fight, the episode undergoes like about 5 different mood whiplashes, sometimes instantaneously (panty joke in the middle of a life or death situation? Tentacle Joke? Go from party where you can't talk to her to the end living in the same house in one episode?) but the overall the shift from the lighthearted start to the more grim middle is pretty shocking and good. The music is pretty well composed and used well enough to fit each scene, so there isn't anything wrong with it from the production view point. It's uninspiring from the visual and audio side, but pretty competent all around.
The most Lulzy parts of the episode came from BiriBiri Utao's facial expressions and well, Ryohei Kimura doing a better crazy/pissed off!Nobuhiko Okamoto ... than Nobuhiko Okamoto himself lol
The opening is pretty neat looking, and Chiaki Ishikawa does a fantastic job in both the OP and ED.
Looks pretty okay. Might follow for another episode.

Eh, sorta? I mean it's gives a feeling of being similar in nature to
Shadow Star, but it doesn't seem to have the same disturbing quality about it ... yet anyway.
