I felt most of the stories were tragic. The deaths were senseless and you felt sorry for the characters as it was so preventable. But on the hand it wasn't stupid, because their options were extremely limited.
Well ok, Keiichi's actions in Watanagashi-hen were pretty dumb. -_-
