You shouldn't rely on Wikipedia for such momental information in the first place, no matter how right it was this time. But yes, it is unlicensed; this was explained a few pages back.
I have doubts about the second season ever getting a license because of the whole Geneon USA fiasco. Quite sad to see a long-time R1 distributor disappearing in such a manner.
