Spoiler for PSYCH!: Actually Yuki is suffering a psychotic break from reality. Her school is a miserable hell-hole that's been overrun by zombies, and her clubmates are the only survivors. They feed her delusions of an ordinary school life to keep her from completely falling apart, while they deal with the everyday necessities of survival like finding food and water.
