Just bumping to mention that the translation for Jojolion 18 is out now! For the most part, it matches the spoiler summary I posted above. And as I said, I have a feeling that the old pet shop owner guy is a stand user (IMO, the biggest giveaway was how he was chuckling to himself on the last page after Joushu's recording was somehow altered). I'm still looking forward to seeing Josuke in school more, though.
Also, there won't be a chapter this month so we've gotta wait until March for the next one. But on the plus side at least there's the anime to tide us over while we wait!
