As Westlo also said in one of his posts, I think Hiromi is an inexperienced girl who is not used to being physically near a guy and that is why she was flustered by Jun's aggressiveness in touching her hair before moving to her cheek and lower lip.

Shin is her first love and a strong one at that. We'll have to wait for more flashbacks and revelations to reveal how and why she fell in love with him. He is the one that she probably envisioned herself dating and going to the movies for the first time with. So Hiromi was understandably upset when she confronted Shin after he got home because he had told Jun of her "crush" and therefore kept her lie alive rather than getting past it as she had hoped. It appears obvious that she would have preferred that Shin not talked to Jun at all. We know why she can't retract her lie because to do so would have led to her revealing her true feelings for Shin so she was instead trying to let the lie die out in time. Unfortunately Shin in episode 5 could'nt keep his mouth shut and proposed that Jun go out with Hiromi in exchange for him to do the same with Noe.

It did'nt help my opinion of him for Jun to take advantage of Hiromi's shock and vulnerability to get intimate with her. It's not what a gentleman would do knowing she was vulnerable and thinking of someone else. If she was'nt in that state she probably would have stopped him from doing more than touching her hair, if even that. Plus his sly smile at her shock to me had a bit of an unpleasant aspect to it that I normally associate with schemers and others of ill-intention. Knowing that his priorities are Noe and himself plays a part as I don't think he would hesitate to hurt the chances of others finding happiness if it suited his own interests. In fact, what I just said in the previous two lines to me is probably the reason why he approached Hiromi and "touched" her while she was in the state of shock over hearing him say that Shin and Noe were dating.
