I wanted to try participating this year but I'm kind of lost... what's the difference between Nova and Stella? All I know is that Stella is for veteran/popular characters. Are there two different tournaments?
How do the nominations work? I was under the impression only characters from anime that have aired in the past year would be eligible (like Saimoe), but that is clearly not the case. Is absolutely anybody fine so long as the character is female and from an anime?
