The anime had the Char B1 bis along with the upgraded 75mm be unavailable for the Anzio match, but as we know both are ready for said match in the manga. What is surprising though is Yukari becoming the B1's tank commander in the match, with Erwin as main gunner and Aya as driver.
Yukari going Panzer High mode over the Italian tanks lined up though is such a joy
It's a shame we don't see Kommandant Yukari in the anime, one department where the manga is obviously superior.
