According to the site I read chapter 126 on, chapter 126 is the first chapter of volume 23. Remember volume 22 ended with that flashback bonus chapter of Riful meeting Dauf.
There are way too many unfinished storylines in the series for Yagi sama to simply drop it. It's quite possible that Yagi ended the "Organization rebellion" story arc and is embarking on the next one. (Gawd, I hope so!)
