Well, each graphic designer or photoshop/etc. user has their own main source of design:
Patchy : glowing dust effects and shine
ganbaru : at an angle of the render and mutiple C4D in the background also as an effect
Godlike1889: animations in the signature
Rennir: Sword Art Online, mainly focusing on the character without effects but amazing as always
Rikikai: Nature (flowers) and glow effects
As you can see, they all have their own strategies they already mastered or needs to be mastered. As for me, my strategy is now glowing lines and swirls. I will aim to master how I use them
