Uhhh... I have no idea whether this actually happens or not. But I haven't seen the system do anything of the sort. All I've seen it do is grade people. The same way schools and universities do
right now. And it gives us the Crime Coefficients. I mean you don't want people with a high chance of becoming criminal near children. Or money. Or confidential information. Or powertools. Or metal. I mean, it makes perfect sense right?
