Doubt it. Plenty of magazines show artwork for a show that involves the girls in whatever outfit that never it makes it to animation. Code Geass R2 once had a scan of C.C., Kallen, Shirley, and Kaguya in wedding dresses--none of them ever appeared in one, especially since one of them was already dead by them.
So spoiler? Unlikely.
