And for Oro not fearing Jiraiya, I think he just would never admit to him being stronger. Just like how Sasuke is to Naruto, Naruto is clearly stronger but Sasuke just wont admit it.

Once again, must it be said that Itachi was wearing himself down already by using his eye so much, and did not feel the need to fight Jaraiya to get Naruto as he said himself, there was no need to get Naruto right then. Ignorance must be bliss.
Note: I dislike Itachi btw, but I saw no fear in that situation.
