The moderator does say "over the Accel World anime series", but it's safe to assume that he's talking about the series in general. It doesn't make sense for "experienced Accel World novel readers" to speculate over the anime, since they already know everything that's going to happen for potentially the next 1 and a half seasons.
Now, I do agree that some speculation is bound to end up in here, but some people are going around with theories that are almost treading the borders of fanfiction.
