Ya I chose the lowest shipping option for the same reason. I ordered mine a little late I hope I still get the booklet though even if we don't get the translation for the booklet the character designs for this game are really nice looking for a lot of them.

All current copies include the booklet. So unless you hold off until the next printing (maybe December or even next August), I'm sure you'll get it.
