If you watch the Sheryl's TV when she's watching the replay of her performance you can see one of her earrings fall from her ear and get caught in Alto's gear.
I don't really get why Sheryl is so obsessive over earrings though, couldn't she buy a new set? Unless they have some sort of sentimental value...
