I already try it and it pass , if you are close to him the Tank can change his target .
If two or three people got shotgun you can killed him and the incapped survivor will have his half life . (if you have already shot him when he run behind the survivor its more easier to kill him )
1 hit = survivor fall
2 hit on incapped survivor = dead XD
or you can use the method "just throw a molotov and run till he dies XD"
