With the BL-9 the IS-3 feels like a different tank. Case in point i could pen a Jagtiger on the front withpout gold aiming to the lower plate. Also right now I don't fear facing Konigs or T32s/T34s. Don't even talk about Lowes, those die even easier (I kill those using my IS).
My only fear now are the Autoloader tanks.
