@Zero1: What are you talking about? This wasn't a rant or anything.
The thing I noticed is that if you have the System Default output turned on in MPC the coreAVC doesn't automatically tell the player to use the overlay renderer and just doesn't resize the video, so I wondered it needs an application like ffdshow (where you can use the overlay mixer for the output) to tell the player what renderer to use. So the only way to resize that video right is by using the overlay output option in MPC's settings. It's funny to see Winamp having the overlay output as the default though.
Oh, I'm using ver 0.0.0.3 of coreAVC. It *does* support anamorphic encodes, it just doesn't have an application like ffdshow to go along with it so that it could make it go through the renderer with overlay output selected as a default.
Oh, that MP4 of doom might be a bit old, yes. I'm not sure. I got it off one site (it might've been yours). I think one of your encoding comrades linked it to me.
