Yeah. Actually, maybe stronger. She basically handles Scoll by using knife and folk, another gril(forgot her name) using her fists, and she basically jumps on M's rifile who is using IS. The rifle starts to breakdown, and no one knows what she done. Well, M was the only with IS, but still..... Its insane.
Oh, and Chloe is a Bio-IS.
