Each and every person starts with 1 bag. MC bag contained like 8-10 bombs (didn't count really but around that number).
Dude that attacked him had 2 bags, so obviously he killed someone.
Now MC wasted 1 bomb at start, then he threw around 3-5 another bombs at the dude before he killed him. Basically he wasted almost all of his ammo.
Now thing is how many bombs the other dude had in his bag (considering that he also wasted a lot of them).

Doesn't matter. They blew up with him, which has to happen a lot in this game. So, yeah, they need to find more bombs. Or learn to kill without them, whichever.
