Well, Ukitake does display an 'oh, boy' attitude when Lil makes her declaration...eh, maybe he'll be easy on her. Despite her statement of Arrancar being ageless, she's still a kid...and thus the only Fraccion up for sparing. I'm sure Ukitake knows when to be merciful.
