at first I thought Nonou was just pretending not to know Kabuto to protect his position as a spy within the rock village...since if he knows her, then he must have had some conenction with her in the past that the rock ninja didnt know about---so it wasa way to keep him safe, but I dunno now. they were both wearing rock headbands, so that couldnt be the case...
Maybe Danzou or Orochimaru did something to her memory after Kabuto left. I can definitely see Orochimaru doing that in order to bring Kabuto closer to his side and leave him in a state where joining with Orochimaru is the best move
