Out of the shown Devil's Fruit I'd like Aokiji's one, or Enel's or Iva's. If I'm making something up that isn't completely overpowered, I'd like a fruit with the power to change your body into anything that is remotely human and not cell corruption. For example, one could give oneself immense muscles, become anywhere from dwarf size to about nine feet, extend one's hand length to any semi-realistic length, but not gain extra fingers or turn into a true albino since that's "mutations."
