From various Japanese blogs I frequent, it seems about 30% of the images I find there never make it to pix.iv..So while pix.iv is second to none in terms of the place to find images, pix.iv doesn't have them all. It also seems like the artists who upload their images onto pix.ivgenerally don't upload all their works to pix.iv. Not sure why, but I see a lot of high quality artwork from some artists who have an account there, yet don't upload some of their best artwork onto the site.
I'm guessing that artist is Frapowa?
