Well I mean things like the Wolkenritter getting killed and Hayate freaking out, Section Six's headquarters getting ruined, and Precia telling Fate she actually hated her. Those didn't really have anything light-hearted around at the time, because it would kind of lessen them.

What about after serious moments? Or before them? That's usually how it goes. Plus just a hero and a villain fighting isn't exactly wrist-cutting material.
