OCZ has a pretty bad history of drive failures, which is why they're so cheap everywhere. Intel drives are reliable but they aren't the fastest any more. Back in the early days of the X25-M gen. 2 they were top dog, but now the SandForce controllers have them beat.

Crucial m4 is also very good.

I personally use a 120GB Intel 320 Series SSD and it's snappy and robust and rock-solid stable. I chose it mostly because it was on sale--otherwise I probably would have gone with a SandForce-based SSD.
