Highly doubtful Issa is a Shinso, otherwise Akua would have attacked him as well. But the three Dark Lords are: Akasha (Leader), Touhou Fuhai, and Tenmei Mikogami (Academy Headmaster). Seems to me there are the occasional bits of missed info, but I'm sure that eventually there might be supplemental info to be gathered in one place for our collective viewing. Though getting someone to translate the R+V Guidebook would probably be next to impossible, that's why I haven't scanned anything else out of it yet.
