And remember: if the .rar file(s) are all there, uncorrupted, you don't need any .par files to fix them. You probably won't even have .par files unless you downloaded the file off some newsgroup.
Anyways, try winrar (or some other program if you prefer) first, and disregard LynnieS's advice if you have no idea what .par files are and you don't have them.
