- Yes. But whether it's a function of the pilot or the machine, I'm not sure. Houki is the best example, if you check the LN. Whether it's because Akatsubaki is sychronized/optimized for her or if she really is improving that quickly I don't know.
Remember the IS and it's Core are learning machines when configurted for one pilot.
