That's the mark of a doujin-ka who knows how to incorporate the source material. It's another reason why I think it's a crying shame this artist isn't more well known among the scanlation community.

If you want yuri fanmade stuff for MGLN, then you can get it by the gigabyte-load most anywhere. But Mikuni Mizuki is, in my view, unique for going against the grain and illustrating her art so well.
Besides, it seems she has a thing for showing the MGLN characters as married (something that hasn't been addressed in the source material, showing them as wives with husbands). You can see another sample showing Fate with her husband looking over their rings below:
