Well. I always think that all those "Angelbullies" things were fan-made since they probably think Kanede would be cuter if she looks vulnerable after being intimidated (my sadist self say so also...). So unless Kanede express her opinion, i will have to disagree there
Yuri actually treat Kanede quile well whenever it is personal matter (and in such cute rivaling way, i hate to say). But when it comes to responsibility or mission, well it was not like Kanede will treat Yuri lightly either.
