it's all about
tha girls,
the girls... all of them are cute and physically attractive (that's important, uh!). and they look so good.... especially in the nu-- *cough*
oh, and you got a girl for everyone's
fetish taste too.
add to that the standard cliché harem comedy, and you got a WIN.

ah, and let's not forget the body-suits...
then, there's the pretty good CGI and the mecha-action aspect.
being a sucker myself for mecha
(-musume) and girls piloting mechas in general (possibly while providing some good fanservice), I must say that
IS's my fav. show this season. the one I anticipate the most.
but, if I have to choose a 2nd fav. this season, that's definitely
ZOMBIE. No doubt about it.
just, as someone pointed out, it's a bit difficult getting "sexually aroused" by its fanservice at times, especially with all this blood and killing.
maybe, just maybe, all you really need to enjoy IS more: is taking a look at some of the (very nice) nsfw-shoops that appeared up until now. haha!
mangatron already had the chance to "taste" them, and he was
"impressed" to say the least.
(especially by Houki ones)
and yeah, I know most of what I said are shallow reasons, but still... guess I rendered the idea why
IS's so popular. xD
