From listening to the preview sound clips,

I don't think Chaa is the final boss. The one who announces that they have "done well to reach here" doesn't sound remotely like Chaa, and is far more likely Takeyama. I will fully believe that the Guild has fallen and been taken over by the true final boss without Yurippe noticing. I believe the final could be a former Naoi ally (which would be damn boring) or Takeyama, whose Christ complex was never really taken care of - Yuri just regularly ignores and uses him. I would understand if he got really bitter and decided to screw with this world.

I find it really odd that Kanade is still so passive, at best listening fully to Otonashi and being benignly distant from the rest of SSS. It doesn't bode well for her character development.

Also, it sounds like everyone else will disappear while fighting for Yurippe. Could be either very silly or very sad.

Also, they picked the next sci-fi-looking gun in the world for Yurippe. Good job.
