I doubt Fighter D is dead. The blue tint was all over D's main body after being struck by Blue Keeper's Divine Artifact, but that tint was absent from his arm that was disguised as Red's Divine Artifact. That likely shows that your entire body must be hit by the Divine Artifact for a monster to permanently die. I'd bet on Fighter D fooling even Suzukiri considering she thought he died.
