Eh...not particularly. Nearly every comment anyone has made about the two of them is along the lines of "Hina is super mega popular so
obviously anyone would want to be with her." It's the idea of competing with miss perfect that worries other girls (Nagi especially) more then the reality of the situation.
By the same token, Ayumu is the only one who really understands what Hina is going through. Miki might have her suspicions, but not much more then that.
