Spoiler for 40:
Well, I don't think that making Tsukune's body even more adapted to his vampire blood is a solution to the current problem - in my opinion, first of all, Tsukune needs to somehow regain control over his body, even if it's only going to be a partial control over his body - I think that if Tsukune doesn't regain some partial control over his body and powers, then there is probably no chance of Tsukune being able to return to his more normal state...
Which means that, in my opinion the next chapter us going to be spent on Tsukune trying to regain control over his body, and his harem might assist Tsukune in doing that, although since the training arc seems to be concentrated around Kurumu, she might be the one who will allow Tsukune to regain control over his body...
After all, I don't think that any kinds of help are going to be effective, unless Tsukune somehow regains control over his body and powers, even partially - and I believe that Tsukune should already be capable of doing something like that, after all I don't think that Ikeda wants to say that all of the training and development surrounding Tsukune and his abilities haven't been able to change anything in Tsukune's situation - meaning that this is probably the time, where Tsukune has to show the results of all the training and development that he went through, since he aqcuired permanently Moka's blood, when Tsukune's powers have went out of control for the first time, which is kind of similar to the current situation...
