Well, they started bringing up the idea that Yuji's beginning to confuse power with strength, and Yuji's continuing identity issues seem to be the latest setback in the relationship between him and Shana. Too bad, since Shana/Wilhelmina and Chigusa really seem close to family now. If anything's going to be Yuji's downfall, it'll be that he's starting to no longer think of himself as a person. Funny actually, seeing as how Shana and Yuji are quickly moving to the opposite positions of where they were at the beginning of the story, at least when it comes their own existences.
