Hello artists...I have a request...I would like the picture in the tab to be resized for avatar size...Now for the
kicker (Cause I know you guys love "challenges"), I'd like the border for this avatar to be a glowing or shimmering type of outline...Preferably animated (Which means it would shimmer or move around the avatar square)....If there is something even more creative you can think of go for it, but this is my request...As always, triple the rep-points will be awarded for your time...Thanx...
It'll be cool if the avtar outline could glow with the same brightness of the butterfly^^...And please make sure the TV Tokyo logo is expelled from the image...
