It's the newest imported buzzword in the anime/manga community. Give it one or two years and its use might normalize itself to less retarded levels.
And yeah, Musa is a great story. It has much more value than the primitive RAAAAGE-NTR nonsense that is 99.9% of this genre. Everybody should read Musa.
Another great romance themed (well, a big part of it is a rather twisted romance) manga with rather explicit sex is Uncivilized Planet from Matsumoto Jiro. All of his works are great though.
