66 raws are out... From what I can glean from the pictures:

Looks like there's a meeting among the old StuCo president, most of the current student council, Naze, some other girl I don't know, and Zenkichi's mom. I think someone suggests that this would all be avoided if Medaka just made someone VP, but she refuses (much to Kikaijima's and Akune's chagrin). Medaka seems a bit lost on what to do, but that could just be me. Won't know until I see the translation.

It switches to Shiranui, who's munching away and she's finally confronted by Zenkichi who yells at her a bit, but she just smiles at him in her evil way. Eventually, when it looks like he's going to burst, he just calms down and says something that surprises her (probably "do your best" or something similar). It ends up with Zenkichi walking away and Shiranui looking at him with sparkles around her. I think our resident binging loli has a crush on him. Heh. And I never thought I'd say this, but she looks pretty cute. :P

Switches back to the meeting where Zen comes in with the suggestion box and makes a speech that seems to get Medaka motivated to move (and even gets the old president looking at him in surprise) and his mom comments on something, not sure what.

Ends with some talking in Class -13, though it's hard to tell what's going on with Kumagawa because his expression never changes. :\
