he is probably the only other person besides accelerator and kanzaki who can beat touma. He does beat touma to, to the point where he is KO'd in the hospital. Why? unlike other people touma faces he is a saint and to top it off he has brute strength

-why wouldn't they show index actually taking LO further away while kihara deals with accelerator. Its ridiculous showing her RIGHT THERE while all that shit is happening.
