Well the closest thing I know with detergent in it as a bomb and with caustic alkali properties is the Drano Bomb.
To make it fill the bottle with alumnium powder, and make a spike on the inside of the bottlecap with aluminium foil. Put a plastic bag in the bottle, fill it with toilet bowl cleaner, tie the bag up and screw the bottle. Shake it to burst the bag inside, let the components mix and blow the bottle.
To make it more "inconspiciuous", thread coloured and weighted plastic/metal beads and tie them around the bottle to act like ball bearings on a grenade.
