Well the TV run is now up to episode 19 after a hour long special of 18 and 19 together. I only saw the 19 part, but they showed the orignal OP with the Yamato All Stars singing instead of the new song. Reportedly they did the new song for episode 18.
There was a new ED song, but the credits were run long on black screen like film credits. I image there will be a new end scroll for episode 20 or maybe 21 (since episode 20 is 3 minutes longer than the other episodes.)
No telling what they are doing with the OP. But that won't be for two weeks.
