1. First smack some Nakama into Mermaid Heel until they forgive Jellal
2. Then smack Jellal around till he goes on a date with her and stops lying about having a fiancée
3. Next smack the magic council around until they pardon Jellal
4. Followed by then smacking Mermaid Heel (or at least Millianna) around again until they join Fairy Tail so they can be one big Nakama Family
5. Finally get Jellal to purpose to her, so she can be his fiancée

PS... Maybe then have cuter kids than Bisca did

She'll probably want a cheesecake somewhere in that plan too...
