I don't think she knows the finer details. Notably that Ougi and Viletta spread false information and sold out Lelouch. Todou is understandable in his position since he knew nothing, but Viletta knew how Geass worked. Ougi and Viletta just waltzed in a more or less lied.
... If I were Kallen and I knew that, I'd punch both of them and hard.
